PowerPoint or PDF Files (Files should be copied to the Conference laptop at the beginning of each Session.)

Keynote Speech: about 35 Minutes of Presentation and 5 Minutes of Question and Answer

Invited Speech: about 20 Minutes of Presentation and 5 Minutes of Question and Answer

Regular Oral Presentation: about 12 Minutes of Presentation and 3 Minutes of Question and Answer

Regular Poster Presentation: about 5 Minutes of Presentation

Best Presentation Award

One Best Oral or Poster Presentation will be selected from each session, and the Certificate for Best Oral or Poster Presentation will be awarded at the end of each session on January 16-18, 2025.

Best Paper Award

The Conference Committee will select 2 best papers among all accepted papers to grant Best Paper Award. The Award will be announced at the dinner banquet on January 17, 2025.

Dress Code

Please wear formal clothes or national representative of clothing.

Disclaimer

Along with your registration, you will receive your name badge, which must be worn when attending all conference sessions and activities. Participants without a badge will not be allowed to enter the conference venue. Please do not lend your name badge to the persons who are not involved in the conference and do not bring the irrelevant persons into the conference venue.
